Rates & Reservations

Here's the breakdown of the pricing and discounts for Villa Borealis: 

  • Standard rate: $6895 per week (7 nights) for up to 6 guests. 

  • Reduced guest count discount: 

  •   20% discount for 4 guests or less. 

  •  35% discount for 2 guests or less. 

  • Long term stay discount starts with 4-week minimum.

Please note: 

  • Discounts are not available from December 14, 2024, to January 18, 2025.

  • Guest count includes toddlers from the age of two. Babies stay for free, but cribs are not provided. - Weeks commence on either Saturday or Sunday. 

  • Rates are inclusive of VAT, taxes, and service charge.

  • 50% deposit at the time of booking 

  • Balance of payment due 45 days from arrival 

  • Payments are non-refundable within 45 days from arrival.  

  • $1,500 damage deposit, refundable 10 days after the stay ended 

  • Daily maids service is not provided. 

  • Guests are welcome to use washing machines and dryer in the house. 

  • Fiber optic Internet included.  

  • Charging station for electric and Plug-in-hybrid cars
